  • Motorbike leasing to vetted riders
  • Fleet management services for bike owners
  • Transport and delivery services

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws
  • You accept these Terms & Conditions in full

3. Services

Key Riders offers the following services:

  • Leasing motorbikes to approved riders under structured agreements
  • Managing bikes on behalf of individual owners
  • Providing transport and delivery services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

4. Rider Responsibilities

All riders working with Key Riders must:

  • Provide valid identification and guarantor details
  • Comply with all contract terms
  • Make weekly payments as agreed
  • Maintain the bike responsibly
  • Report any accident or issue immediately
  • Not transfer or sublease the bike to another person

Failure to comply may result in termination of agreement and repossession of the bike.

5. Bike Owner Responsibilities

Bike owners partnering with Key Riders must:

  • Provide roadworthy and properly registered motorbikes
  • Ensure motor insurance is active
  • Cover major repair costs when necessary
  • Pay for GPS tracking services
  • Avoid direct interference with assigned riders

6. Payments

  • Riders are required to make regular weekly payments
  • Payments must be made on agreed dates
  • Failure to pay may lead to penalties or repossession
  • Bike owners receive agreed monthly payments from Key Riders

7. Maintenance and Repairs

  • Key Riders handles routine maintenance and servicing
  • Bike owners are responsible for major repairs and part replacements
  • Riders must report faults promptly

8. Insurance and Liability

  • All bikes must have valid insurance
  • Riders must operate legally and safely
  • Key Riders is not responsible for damages caused by negligence or unlawful behavior
  • In case of accidents, insurance processes will apply

9. Prohibited Activities

Users and riders must not:

  • Use bikes for illegal activities
  • Tamper with GPS tracking devices
  • Provide false information
  • Transfer bikes to unauthorized persons

10. Termination

Key Riders reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services
  • Repossess bikes in case of breach
  • End agreements with notice

11. Limitation of Liability

Key Riders shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or unforeseen damages
  • Losses resulting from misuse of services
  • Delays caused by external factors

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
