What is Key Riders?
Key Riders is a motorbike leasing and transport company that provides bikes to riders, manages fleets for owners, and offers delivery services.

We operate from our office in Akatsi and serve surrounding communities.
What services do you offer?
We provide bike leasing, fleet management, and transport/delivery services.
How can I become a rider?
You must provide your Ghana Card, a guarantor, your residence details, and pass our verification process.
Do I need a license before joining?
Not necessarily. Riders without License A are given up to 6 months to obtain it while working.
What if I don’t have License A?
You will contribute gradually toward the cost, and Key Riders will assist you to obtain your license within 6 months.
How much do riders pay?
Riders pay a fixed weekly amount. Full details are provided during onboarding.
When are payments made?
Payments are made every Friday at the office, and receipts are issued.
What happens if I miss payment?
Late payments may lead to penalties or possible repossession of the bike.
Who handles maintenance?
Key Riders handles maintenance for company bikes to ensure they remain in good condition.
How does the engine oil system work?
Riders collect oil from the office, take it to the mechanic with a receipt, and return the stamped receipt as proof.
How often is oil changed?
Engine oil is changed twice every month.
Can I give the bike to someone else?
No. Bikes must not be transferred or used by unauthorized persons.
Are the bikes tracked?
Yes. All bikes are GPS tracked for safety and monitoring.
Can I partner with Key Riders as a bike owner?
Yes. We manage bikes for owners and provide them with structured income through our fleet system.
