Rider Policy – Key Riders

At Key Riders, we are committed to building a team of responsible, disciplined, and professional riders.

1. Eligibility Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide a valid Ghana Card
  • Provide a guarantor with valid identification
  • Provide accurate residential address
  • Be physically fit and capable of riding
  • Be willing to comply with company rules and policies
2. Mandatory Requirements
  • Obtain License A (motorbike license)
  • Wear appropriate safety gear (helmet, etc.)
  • Sign a rider agreement before receiving a bike
  • Agree to GPS tracking on assigned bikes

Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification.

3. Payment Structure
  • Fixed weekly payment to Key Riders
  • Payments must be made every Friday at the office
  • Late payments may result in penalties or repossession
  • Consistent default may lead to termination
4. Use of Bike
  • Use bike strictly for approved purposes
  • Do not transfer or lend the bike
  • Do not use for illegal activities
  • Handle the bike responsibly at all times
5. Maintenance Responsibilities
  • Report faults immediately
  • Cooperate with scheduled servicing
  • Engine oil changes are mandatory
  • Negligence may result in liability
6. Safety and Conduct
  • Obey traffic laws
  • Avoid reckless riding
  • Respect all road users
  • Represent Key Riders professionally
7. Accident and Incident Reporting
  • Inform Key Riders immediately
  • Do not flee the scene
  • Cooperate with authorities and insurance

Failure to report incidents may lead to disciplinary action.

8. GPS Tracking and Monitoring
  • All bikes are GPS tracked
  • Used for safety and operations
  • Tampering is strictly prohibited
9. Guarantor Responsibility
  • Every rider must provide a guarantor
  • Guarantor may be contacted in case of issues
  • Riders must uphold trust
10. Discipline and Penalties
  • Late payments → warnings or penalties
  • Misconduct → suspension or termination
  • Serious violations → immediate repossession
11. Termination of Agreement
  • Failure to meet payment obligations
  • Violation of company policies
  • Illegal or unsafe behavior

Bike must be returned immediately upon termination.

13. Amendments

Key Riders reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Riders will be notified of any changes.
